Recruitment - finding right people for the positions in an organisation. I being in Executive search firm feel proud that i will able create success to our clients. In fact it is very challenging task, finding people for any position as per clients requirements is nothing but supporting clients vision. I handle number of search mandates and the challenge that I face is identifying passive job seekers. I need to take care of companies vision, mission and values while identifying these candidates. The entire candidates caliber has to match these lines and they are able create success for our clients and also help the company to achieve their vision.

So recruitment being my passion I love these challenges. I will take every day as new day and start my day with positive notes. I spend enough time with my team, my client development person and with other colleague, where I do get opportunity to exchange my new thought, new learnings and new strategies.

I always think and look positive of every opportunity and moments of my life which make me feel great at the end of day or end of respective activity. So I would love to say" Think always positive and i am sure you will find numerous ways to solve any challenges"
